take over the close support of key customers (chemical, logistics and food industry) in the office and in the field
identify and analyze customer needs
plan and execute an integration and implementation phase for our solution together with the customer
are responsible for product development and optimization in cooperation with the product development department
develop customer relationships with the medium and long term goal of business expansion
maintain and develop our CRM system
participate in trade fairs and other customer and partner events
