Position Summary

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our most valued clients across the chemical, logistics, and food sectors. You will be a trusted partner, helping customers achieve their goals while driving sustainable growth for our business.

In this role, you will:

  • Take full ownership of key client relationships, providing hands-on support both remotely and on-site
  • Proactively identify and assess customer needs to deliver customized, high-impact solutions
  • Lead the planning, integration, and implementation of our services in collaboration with clients
  • Work closely with the product development team to contribute to product enhancements and innovation
  • Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships that prioritize customer success and mutual growth
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of our CRM system to strengthen customer strategy
  • Represent the company professionally at trade fairs, industry conferences, and partner meetings

What you bring to the team - you...

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • A structured, organized, and self-motivated working style
  • A professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset in all client and partner interactions

Additional Information

  • Start Date: June 2025
  • Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
