What you will do
- Development of the international sales strategy and implementation of sales targets
- Development and management of international sales teams in the office and in the field
- Sustainable development and expansion of the sales network as well as a steady increase in sales results
- Identification and implementation of international sales partnerships
- Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the global market
- Identification and analysis of customer needs and market-specific characteristics
- Product development and optimization together with the product development team
- Representation of the company and its products and conducting contract negotiations
Your skills
- Completed commercial or technical studies with international orientation
- Foreign languages (very good knowledge of English, additional language(s) desired)
- Experience in process industry and digitization
- above-average communication skills as well as decision-making and negotiation skills
- Leadership skills and experience in leading large multinational teams
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of complex technical products requiring explanation
- worldwide willingness to travel
