What you will do

  • Development of the international sales strategy and implementation of sales targets
  • Development and management of international sales teams in the office and in the field
  • Sustainable development and expansion of the sales network as well as a steady increase in sales results
  • Identification and implementation of international sales partnerships
  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the global market
  • Identification and analysis of customer needs and market-specific characteristics
  • Product development and optimization together with the product development team
  • Representation of the company and its products and conducting contract negotiations

 

Your skills

  • Completed commercial or technical studies with international orientation
  • Foreign languages (very good knowledge of English, additional language(s) desired)
  • Experience in process industry and digitization
  • above-average communication skills as well as decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Leadership skills and experience in leading large multinational teams
  • Several years of professional experience in the sales of complex technical products requiring explanation
  • worldwide willingness to travel
